3. Training Content
All training materials, including videos, manuals, slides, exercises, and assessments, are the intellectual property of Craftedge Consulting Limited or its licensors.
You may not:
Reproduce, distribute, or resell training materials.
Use the content for commercial purposes without written consent.
Share your login credentials or access with unauthorized users.
4. Registration & Payment
All fees must be paid in full before gaining access to premium courses.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
Incomplete or fraudulent transactions may result in suspension or termination of access.
5. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase only if less than 20% of the course has been completed.
No refunds are issued for completed courses or certifications.
Live session cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance.
6. Code of Conduct
Participants are expected to:
Maintain professional behavior during live classes and forums.
Avoid sharing offensive, threatening, or misleading content.
Respect confidentiality where sensitive topics related to intelligence and security are discussed.
Violation of this policy may lead to immediate removal without a refund.
7. Disclaimers
Training is provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee employment, certification, or performance outcomes.
While we offer training on cybersecurity and intelligence topics, we are not liable for how this knowledge is applied in personal or professional contexts.
8. Limitation of Liability
Craftedge Consulting Limited shall not be liable for:
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Loss of data, profits, or business interruption resulting from use of the platform.
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes implies acceptance.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Abuja or Lagos, unless otherwise specified.
